Now that winter is just about here and the temperatures have dropped to -1 in Northamptonshire, the last thing you want is for your boiler to pack up.
We have said this many times on our blog posts and on our facebook page, the importance of getting your boiler serviced regularly. By getting your boiler seen to every year by our boiler engineers, you can reduce the chances of a breakdown when you really need it, i.e. the winter!
How much is a boiler service and how often do I need to?
With the average cost of a yearly boiler service contract with big energy companies between £108 and £124 whereas a one-off THS boiler service costing £50 to £75, you do the maths. What we’re trying to say is, don’t waste your money on boiler service contracts with big energy companies that will likely fob you off with reapirs that didn’t need doing and long waits to get your boiler serviced.
Your boiler will only need to be serviced once a year. So get it service by THS.
What if I don’t get it serviced?
If you don’t get your boiler serviced at least once a year, your boiler will break down and not work when you really need it. The boiler you see in the video that we have attached to the blog is a Vaillant Boiler that hasn’t been serviced in some time.
