How much do you charge?

How long will the job take?

Depending on the complexity of the job, anything from 1-5 days. Boiler replacements/installations from 1-2 days, again depending on the complexity of the job.

Are you insured?

Yes we, THS Plumbing & Heating are fully insured for all work we carry out.

Are you qualified and licensed?

All our plumbers and gas engineers are registered Gas Safe and City & Guilds accredited. BYou can rest assured that our plumbers have been trained to the highest of standards to ensure the work they carry out is completely safe and compliant with all relevant regulations.

How much experience do your plumbers have?

All THS Plumbing & Heating plumbers are fully qualified and experience. Kirk has 30 years experience in Plumbing, Heating, boiler installations, central heating and more.

Will you be on time?

Our plumbers are all local and can be with you in an hour*. If it is not possible for us to reach you on time, due to an emergency, unexpected traffic or an accident on the road then we will let you know.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes we give free quotes. Free written estimates on major works, these include boiler swaps/replacements, new boiler installations, central heating, new radiators and new for old installations.

Can you call me an hour call prior to your arrival?

If you would like a reminder call then please tell us when booking, so we can pass it on to our plumbers - engineers.

Can we trust you with a key?

It’s better if someone is on site in case we need to ask questions or get authorisation for work. Yes, we do a lot of work for Landlords, Care homes and agents in Northampton where we collect keys.
